can you tell me, how far i need to build textures for hard jump, 125 fps jump and med jump?

I think he's meaning sizes in CoDRadiant, am I right?

Thats the photoshop plugin for dds.
you have to make all texture sizes to a power of 4 i think.
Sizes like 64/128/256/512/1024 are accepted...
and 40 is roughly 125 jump and 45 is roughly 333 jump (that was results from a quick radiant test)

If you have compiled your map correctly and want to test it have you placed the bsp file in "CoD/Main/Maps/Mp"?
If you cannot test it open your console to see what error you are getting?
Also make sure before you try and load your map you turn Pure to off. In console type:
/sv_pure 0
/devmap <mapname>
