I dunno what you meant by speed, but if you made a mistake or something and meant jump_height
125 = 40, 250 = 42 or so dont remember, 333= 46

Yeah I knew that already. However, just using jump_height does not help mcuh. Having the actual air of the jump is only half the journey. Building up the speed is the other half. That's why I need equivalent values of g_speed in comparison to FPS.

you might be right, but i doubt any1 know it on this forum, considering the numbers of topic about fps already. Well, I hope some1 else can help you out, Gl.

Sadly, this is on a console, I dont think timescale would do the job.

Timescale affects time, not speed.

there are no values that can simulate fps other than fps.
If you are unable to get an fps (i.e restrictions on console) sadly, its tough luck. Get a pc and the game :P

Fuck yes xP
g_speed SHOULD be able to simulate FPS in a way though. Aparently it, "alters the player's speed". When more speed is gained in mid-air, a higher bounce is bound to be achieved.
So therefore, I need the values of g_speed to simulate FPS in some aspects.
Any help is appreciated :)

He is completely correct.

What you are refering to, sir, is timescale.

I am correct, or he is correct?

Edit: I just realised, I am indeed refering to timescale not player speed...DOH!
PMSL KillerSam :lol:
But surely there should be a certain value of g_speed to simulate "the jumpers' fps" in some aspects, right?

there is obviously a g_speed setting that allows you jump the same distance as a PC player with 125/333 but that is not the same as simulation. You cannot technically simulate fps because of the amount of things fps can chnage.
