My 360 has just shited out, the 3 red quadrants of death.

Such a shame, so unexpected. I was playing happily with my mate on fifa last night, and when i get back poof its dead as a dodo!!!

Yeahyeah, seven months old, i get a brand new one from the shop i got it from! Also, i have 2 years 5 months for the microsoft RTB warrenty too so im safe. But microsoft give out refurbs and game give out brand new

They did. But i have got 1 year with GAME who i bought it from at retail, and 3 Years return to base with microsoft, where i would get a refurb. I think i said that in the above post of mine.

Not sure how old it is. Hasn't got warranty I know that for sure. I smacked it and it booted up green, everything was fine but no AV signal, checked cables and all is OK, any ideas?

Anyway, the best possible idea is to either take it to a local store and see if they know whats wrong, or try a differenet AV cable. Is it set to TV, not HDTV? put tv on AV right?

Also if your using the SCART adapter make sure its in right, and if not make sure you put in the right cables...

The cables are all good, I'ts set on TV. I'll see if I can find another cable. But before that, I gotta smack it again to get rid of the RROD.
