Unfortunately when I was editing the forums I accidentally deleted quite a few files

As a result, quite a few of the features I added recently have gone, and will need to be readded, so bare with me.

I know, it's because I added a small banner which doesn't stretch it

I'm going to make it look like a stretched banner when really it's not, but that's once I've gotten rid of the annoying gap between the header and links.
