items look like boxes

For some reason when I lay down a item such as health packs and nades they are nothing but big blue and red boxes. Not sure y can anyone help me :?:

yes, on the right side there is a show entities as button, its like a green E, click on that and select skinned and you should see the item as normal. i think it defaults on bounding box so thats why you only saw a box.
