No, our mod version is 1.4, it runs on the latest patch, so no downgrading required. Download the file and follow the instructions in the readme.

My mistake, there doesn't appear to be one for that mod.

Download the .zip, extract it, then go to:

C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods\

Create a folder called 'codjumper', place the 2 files in there, load CoD4 MP, select Mods, select codjumper, then open console and type /g_gametype dm, press enter, then load a map with /map <mapname>.
