pb problem( cod2 )

When i join the server i am allways kicked by pb....

It worked fine on old computer(xp), now i have vista....It looks like pb isnt instaled, so i went on http://www.evenbalance.com/ and download cod2 pb and update it but it still doesnt work.
I get this errors:

reinstall ur cod2 & update manually again from the evenbalance website.

i did that and it doesnt work

And when i go i c:\windows\system32\.... there is no pnkbstrA and pnkbstrB

go to run-->msconfig-->Services then enable pnkbstrA and B then it should work

Yep what cool said. I used to kill both services due the lag problems some updates back.

2 things!

1. Do not KILL the Punkbusters services, they are REQUIRED!
2. Download the pbsetup program (google) and run that to update the game.

When Those became active the first weeks (or longer) (so did the 2 new proccesses) they were LAG creators.
I was only playing on non-pb and always killed the services to get no lag. Now it's fixed. So as you say, they are required to play on PB servers!
