how to put demos in codjumper

how can i send demo's to codjumper i have a cople of new nade tactics

You click on someone's name on the right of the site and see if they accept demos. If they do then email your demo files to them. I know Element is looking for demos to upload, so you'd probably be best off emailing them to him.

they will upload it to this site and then other people can download it

Same thing, although it's easier if you e-mail jumps as you don't have to bother finding hosting etc for it.
