Downloading Files for Jumps

I downloaded one of the files of nade jumping, but i dont know what to use to view it. I used Windows Media Player, Quicktime, iTunes and even on my iPod :S. Can someone tell me how to view it?

OMG, I must congratulate you for trying your ipod. Thats just quality imo, CoD1 demos viewable on an ipod

Anyways, search in future.
