Metallic Effect and Text Effect

what do you guys think of this metallic effect on the border, and the text effect?

i like the effect but i dont like the border :P the text effect is kl

I think thats what he was referring to as the metallic . The metallic is nice, the shape is what doesnt go with the picture imo :roll: But i love the text man :lol:

Straight lines work quite well... ;)

And btw, that effect is very nice, better than a lot of other "mettalic" effects that ive seen.

Is that a graident effect only or is there lighting and textures in there 2?

just made a gradient and used the same texture as in my wave effect
