My server is shutting down
Everytime i play in my host server, someone trys to join and the connection just goes connecting 1....2...3....4.. y it do that? thanks guys

well a static ip just means it doesnt change, and thats optional at an extra cost for alot of isp's.. a dynamic ip is the most common which will change every so often, and that is what i've got, but either way you can still host your own server.
for others to join you will have to give them your public ip(not the internal 192.blahblah ip, thats only for u and anyone on your network to join), one way to find out your public ip is to go to http://www.whatismyip.com, and if you're on a router with nat enabled (network address translation) which is a common form of firewall for routers then you will have to open the necessary ports used for the game as mentioned in the other posts
