I wouldn't do anything serious with a ping of above 65 tbh. Above that (and certainly at around 90-100) it becomes very noticeable and frustrating.

Yea, I rather not play with 60+ either. The frustration is not worth it.

I play in scrims with 200+ ping and can do fairly well... obviously I won't be the best, but its very easy to get used to.
