the reason is...
When you got stuck, you got stuck for the simple reason of glitching. (remember that post about those jumps, where you float in the air?).
If you look at the wall where you got stuck, you can see, there is no space for a cod model to fit in that space.
Also, you have to go to the right (so you dont get stuck), this adds distance to the jump.
I now do believe it is possible, but without a demo showing it, I'm not happy

I gave that a couple of tries tonight and I'm delighted to say that my attempts where so terribly pathetic that I actually got a good laugh...
I feel that I'm getting closer but the reason I havent done it yet is because my guy's head hits that ledge where you make the nade bounce... do you have to do the ladder jump and somehow move quickly to the right or crouch jump...?
