back flips are easy to do if you can overcome the fear of landing on your head xD. Took me about 3-4 days to finally get one right on a trampoline and once i did it off of a trampoline onto the ground because someone bet me $20 . it was sooo worth the $20.

The longest I can handstand for is probably 8 seconds at best. I can backflip from standing on a trampoline/into a swimming pool and land on my feet. I just get scared of trying it on hard surfaces
