An easy jump to a pole sticking out of the furnace/chimney, followed by a nadejump, a 333 fps rpg + Flak Jacket perk (you hit the ground directly below you and go very high), then jump to the 3rd and the highest pillar and nadejump to the very top of it

I found one near there. Sprint onto the furnace on the left, good camping spot for CTF and DOMI.

it can be done without flak jacket or 333, just a normal rpg jump works
