yes i seen them but but really sure how to do the strafe jumps on hc server

is there some maps i should download and try jumps on them ? like the one in the strafe jumping video?

Jumping on HC servers is no different then jumping on normal servers.

There's the gap range map by Drofder:

2 new CoD4 jump maps have been released recently:

Other than them, practice jumping on stock maps.
