Need Help Downloading Jump Maps

Well I saw at the bottom of the CoD server list how to do it and it didn't work si i was wondering if that's just for CoD1 or if it works the same for CoD4?

What I do is download the ZIP file and save it in my Cod4 main folder and user maps folder. Then I extract it to both. But I'm either trying to load the map the wrong way or I downloaded it wrong. Should I be launching codjumper mod or any kind of mod? Or can I load it in the normal game?

Also if I load a map is it automatically able to save/load positions. Is it automatically on FFA so I can do that? Or do I have to set that somehow? If so can someone tell me how?
