crash jump advice.

On crash by the helicopter/ 3 story building there is a wooden crate that people manage to jump on top and then from there on that little gate and over the brick wall by the dumpster. How do they do that? I have 125fps all the time and strafe jump on the crate against the wall but I never get on top.

Its not a direct jump in terms of height, and I believed confirmed that 125 is not required.

To do it, sprint towards the crate, just before you hit the gate, strafe jump and flick your mouse upwards. The speed should propel you up it.
