You need to make demos first then record it with gamecam or fraps.

download fraps/instal/open/startupgame/press f9 if u wanne record a piece/quit the game/download videomach or another video program/open the fraps movie file in the fraps folder with the videoprogram/save the file on mpeg to make it small/hf

I edit using Adobe premiere. You can use Windows movie maker though.
