Custom 'use' phrases

How do you create custom use phrases such as the ones for the ferris wheel in funfair?

when you walk up to something that has a trigger_use, it usually says 'Press [key] to activate' along with a little image. I want to know how to make that phrase say whatever i want.

thats part of the mapping make it a trigger use then do this
