Need some feedback on this intro I made

I made this intro for my upcoming fragmovie introducing WaCk, I used simple frags because I don't want to spoil everything.

Give me an honest opinion. Too much effects? Crappy music? Bad content?

Its fast rendered with WMV no comments about the quality please.

Sony Vegas 6.0d, but I use much more programs, this is just an intro. For example I also use 3dsmax, photoshop, soundforge, virtualdub, 100000 configs etc.
