Did I stoped jumping for a while? Jup. Did I just made a new jumprecord? I hope so ^^

Not many people can get 333fps, and we all know fps effects jumping which is why we have rules to make it fair. It might be good if everyone else could get 333, or it might not. If theres enough people that can get it then perhaps we could have a 333 records section, or maybe 125 to 333 records, something like that.

My records:

76 fps > dunno
125 fps > 253
250 fps > 260
333 fps > 270 * maybe more

Anyway, I think the fps bugs at 76, 125, 250 and 333 don't care too much in jumping, the only thing that cares is the length of the jump, can't you reach fps 333? Too bad. Don't you know how to strafejump? Too bad. Did your computer exploded yesterday? Again too bad. I'm not trying to call myself the best jumper I'm just telling my opinion. Having is shitty computer isn't a good reason to let the others play at a lower FPS imo... If you don't agree with me it's maybe a nice idea to stop allowing strafejumping because 99% of the CoD2 Gamers doesn't know what strafejumping is at all...

I don't want to sound harsh, but please think about my point... (soz for my English)

others having a shitty pc doesnt make u have to use lower fps.. U can use every fps u want for jumping, but the records will be for a specific fps for a simple reason: If u upgrade ur pc to the max possible, and reach 1500 fps and can jump 280 units with it no sweat, doesnt make u a good jumper...
Its about strafejumping records, not gear records...

It does Caramba... If 1500 fps make me jump further than 125 I'll use 1500. So it is about gear too.

I agree that only certain fps's should be allowed for records because I think that the records page is about who has the most skill not who has the most money to spend on a computer....

as for using high fps in maps and not for records it does not really matter since it is not for a record I think you can really do what ever you what to do because in the end the only reason you are jumping is for fun....

so if you like to use high fps I donâ€™t really care but I think the records page should make sure it is about skill and not the computer

You guys are not quite clever, if u knew the Quake 3 engine good you was able to knew that the only advances are at 76, 125, 250 and 333 fps... And you don't allow me to jump at 333 fps coz u don't like me coz of the gameserver I was running like 3/4 months ago, simple huh?
