no jump or anything related to jump mod question no akk/cod

heres my question:
could anyone make a mod that got 2 rifle only and pam mod score board (when u set g_scrim 1) and no nades/pistols and the score board will hold 4 full rounds: 2 maps

like awe but only rifle mod and if u type g_scrim 1 or other command u get a scoreboard that will hold scores
would be great for rifle only server and scrims
and u lose head when bash a guy/shoot,
awe mod is used alot but it lags server a bit cause alot cvars, and other stuff...
like cooking grenades, tripwire, sprint
it will be used world wide on rifle only servers
