i just cant get past the the edge at the beginning, any tips?

i practice for two days now

i can get on the edge but cant pass the wall on your right

i made it trough, now im stuck at the last jump, where do i jump. At the top or before that?

Middle-top. That is the hardest part of the jump section. I still have trouble with it. Try to aim for the corner to the left of where you want to get to, and then hold right to move onto the gap

yeah it is one of the more technical jumps on the game :p

i have trouble doing it unless ive practiced it for an hour or so lol

btw how do you strafe jump without a run, like when you stand on a pile?

you still run but only a step :p

stand on edge take one or two steps left backwards or right (dont matter on direction so long as you move a tiny bit backwards)

press forwards then strafejump with a fast flick (not too big) of the mouse :p

you may find it easier to practice this type of jump on mp_jump or even cj_hornet

(the first jumps on both maps can be strafed with virtually no run up)

if you see me on the server some time ill give you a demenstration
