what method are you using to create your skybox and what is your method of texturing?

For the SkyBox I..
-Do 6 Bigs walls
-Texture it "Caulk"
-Enter it the worldspawn key
-Select the side into the SkyBox and I put it as a Sky texture then I do Ctrl+F

For the texture I just do a brush and select the texture I want it to be..

Try going to the spot where you can see through it in radiant, check theres no brushes protruding each other and that the surface is textured. i cant tell if its a skybox problem from that pic, just looks like u can see through one of ur walls because its not been textured or perhaps a caulk brush is protruding it somehow.

have you tried remaking the brushes perhaps? or did you modify the brushes in any way after making them besides applying texture (for example, skewing them with the vertice or edge tool)

also, maybe you should try looking through errors when compiling, there is a good chance this might be in there

Well if you're still having problems I could have a look at it if you like... email the map file to me or send a PM, and i'll see whats going on

But like soviet said check for compile errors first, coz if theres any serious errors then the bsp isn't going to be updated and you'll have the same problem

I've looked at the map, and the skybox isn't the problem, although it was the only thing that was caulked in the map :P but it wasn't mitered, and it was way too big for the map.

There is a serious lack of caulk throughout the map, and lots of brushes that dont join properly...i've suggested using caulk for all the unseen faces and to use the clipper tool to make clean joints of brushes.

It wasn't so obvious why there was invisible spots as shown in your screenshot, but after i remade the brushes and joined them properly with the clipper tool and caulked, it was fine.

its pretty much how my first 2 maps were, and even jm_motion til i learned the correct way, then i practically rebuilt the map after seeing the error in my ways :P
