2 New gap training maps

Post by Luke » January 13th, 2006, 11:59 pm

ultra_gap_training: http://www.aufa87.dsl.pipex.com/ultra_gap_training.zip it goes up to 270 so you can now try and beat my record :)

uo_gap_training: http://www.codjumper.com/maps/uo_gap_training.zip
this goes from 300 to 350, pretty basic map, but i just wanted to see how far i could sprint strafe and decided to make a gap training map. my best jump so far is 335 btw

enjoy :)

Luke, you win, man!

We are all still waiting for a proper tutorial of your new jump method.

When I was learning what was what, I viewed some of your old jumps - what a mess!

Now its a lot more pretty, so spill the beans or else noone will bother to try your new maps

i like the new ultra_gap_training, it's great, good job on it, i also made my record-breaking 245 jump on it (old record was 241)

i'm gonna get the UO gap training now, and test that out

I've explained as well as i can about my technique in another thread, and the secret is......... practice

Another tut wont make any difference, it won't make u suddenly be able to jump the same way i do and make u do 260.

hehe, luke has a surplus of practice :P

Will add the ultra one to the site, the UO one will have to stay off as the ones listed are only for CoD.
