can somebody teach me how to make this? the tut thats it on is for moh.. but i seen stuff like this in cod thou anyone help?

Making them sort of rocks is V.Hard, and requires a lot of patch manipulation. In the tutorial you see them moving the dots around, that is what you must do... except manualy moving 1 dot at a time.

OR

You can use the advanced terrain editing (press y, and select "paint"). looks on modsonline for a tut on terrain painting or advanced terrain (check forums also).

the road aswell.. i can make one curve but then the next curve never matches it..? doesnt connect anoying

the rocks is what i ment

and the ground around the road it looks really nice

I know what you mean, but I hate vert manipulation,its too hard in CoD.
