Can't open admin menu

I have added my self and other people to the admin list by guid. When I get into my server it says GUID admin detected but I cannot open the admin menu. I can do commands with rcon but still no admin menu. Anyone know what im doing wrong?

The "GUID admin detected" message comes up when it recognises your GUID, but your username isn't the same as what's in the config - you need to make sure it's exactly the same.
