Unban help

Hey Guys

I am a regular on CJ #9 and in need of help unbanning my GUID. I was originally banned by Fallen because me and Sno(friend of mine) were trolling him over a post he made on CyberGamer, I was talking to him on xfire after and he agreed to unban me but couldn't get it to work, so I have been talking to Tipsy and he has unbanned my GUID 2 times now but when I rejoin the server the next day it says I have been banned by server admin again.
Can Someone please help I like playing CodJumper and I without being able to play on #9 I play on #10, which is horrible for me because I get 250+ ping on that server.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
