Cheap CoD4 Key needs

I lost my old CoD4 Key and need a new one. No, im not banned, let me explain. I got my Cod4 Key via Phone and wrote it down. I had like 3 pieces of paper with it till i decide to clean up my room and make a new single one. Now i installed Win7 for Black Ops because i had random Freezes with Win XP. Now tried to reinstall Cod4 but it says the Key isnt legit.

The question is: Does anybody know a site where i can get a cheap Key for CoD4? Should be like 10$-20$..not 25....25 is way too much for me in December -.- All i need is a key bec i downloaded the english version anyway like i did it with every CoD bec german discs sucks
