CPU is a little slow but other than that it is good. You could probably get 333 constant without too much trouble.

Not worth it, I got mine PC like 2/3 years ago for similar price(including my monitor) and it's better than the one you listed. I bought all the parts separately, you should do the same.

Well I had some parts from my old PC but none of them were really quality so I didn't use any.
I bought most things from ebay(everything new). First thing I bought, was a little "pack": Tower together with the Motherboard, CPU and DVD-Drive. Then I bought RAM, Graphics Card, HDD, PSU, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse, separetly. Everything I bought was really good and it wasn't as expensive as you'd expect it to be(2/3 years ago). I think that's the best way to build up a powerful, cheap, PC. Just find some good offer on ebay, that offers "a bit" of the computer, and everything else buy separately.

I don't think you'll be able to get 333 steady with that. But you could try a specific config to get it up higher.
