Wasn´t 555fps a FPS Jump number ?
anyway, i cant get 555 FPS.
If i try "com_maxfps 555" (or any number higher than 500) the Frames wont limited and i got around 800-900.
any ideas to fix this problem?
i think i solved it in CoD 1 times, but i cant remember

When would it actually be useful to use 555 FPS?

I think he means 333. 333 fps is a useful fps for certain things. And make sure while typing it in the console you put the slash before it, so the command looks like this:
/com_maxfps 333
Post back if that doesn't work

That's either 333 or 666. As for your problem, I'm not sure, be a bit more descriptive.

Yep i meant 555 FPS, or is the next higher FPS Jump Number 666 ? idk... but it doesnt matter for now.
I cant set the limitation of the Frames yet.
If i do /com_maxfps 501-ff (all above 501 FPS) the game wont limit the Frames.
For example:
with the command /com_maxfps 0 i got around 800-900 FPS
with the command /com_maxfps 333 i got 333 FPS
with the command /com_maxfps 555 i got around 800-900 FPS
you see my problem ? =/

I see it. Then you must be typing something wrong.
Also, just stick with 125, 250 or 333. They are the best numbers.

Its due to rounding.
I cannot remember the exact details, but you an only cap fps at certain exact numbers.

It's not a simple case of 'the higher the FPS number the better', different FPS numbers are useful for different jumps.
Generally speaking:
125 - distance
250 - bounces
333 - height
So that's not to say that 555 will necessarily allow you to jump ridiculously far (maybe it does, though, I've never tried it...)

so nobody knows why it doesnt limit to 555 fps if i type in /com_maxfps 555 ?
any command with /com_maxfps 501+ gives the same result as /com_maxfps 0

Why would you want to limit it to 555? Serious

Exact details!
Maximum FPS = 'x'
The value you set com_maxfps at will always be 'x / y', where y is an integer.
The total is always rounded DOWN. If "com_maxfps" is not equal to one of those numbers, it will slect the next HIGHER number.
So, x = 1000 in CoD
1000/1 = 1000 FPS
1000/2 = 500 FPS
1000/3 = 333 FPS
1000/4 = 250 FPS
1000/5 = 200 FPS
1000/6 = 166 FPS
1000/7 = 142 FPS
1000/8 = 125 FPS
1000/9 = 111 FPS
1000/10 = 100 FPS
1000/11 = 90 FPS
1000/12 = 83 FPS
1000/13 = 76 FPS
1000/14 = 71 FPS
1000/15 = 66 FPS
1000/16 = 62 FPS
1000/17 = 58 FPS
1000/18 = 55 FPS
1000/19 = 52 FPS
1000/20 = 50 FPS

I've heard of people using 555 fps back in quake 3, so it may have been significant in quake 3. I've had several friends test out 555 in vcod, all it really does on vcod is give you the jumping ability of around 60 fps or less.

Why would you want to use it then? Drofder gave the right answer to your problem, so I would just stick to numbers which are divisible by 1000 (76, 125, 250, 333, etc.).

I believe you mean "numbers which 1000 is divisible by, resulting in an integer"
