Dual core is pretty much necessary, 15"+ screen, 2/4gb ram, no os required, would much rather buy without to save the pennies. Graphics card also not needed but would be appreciated.

Ebuyer.com seems best for me at the moment. Currys and comet seem to fuck you over with cheap prices only to notice its a fucking sempron
