FPS Problem and recording problem...
Okay so my first question is, I was playing at 333 FPS fine with low settings and stuff etc. I left the game to try to record (which failed) and when I went back in, no matter what I set my FPS to other then anything lower the 60, it will always be capped at 60. Anyone know why/how to fix it?
My next problem is, I did my glitch and when I tried to record it using the /cl_avidemo console command, the game gets really laggy and when the demo is done, I can't find the screenshots. The guide said to look in the mods>modwarfare but I'm not using that I'm using CodJumper and if I do use it I can't open the demo up. I looked in the Codjumper folder there is no screenshot folder or anything, only the two files I downloaded. Anyone know how to make it work? OH and also when I play the demo, theres a weird box thing, if you want I'll post a screenshot and theres also some text in the top right, how do I get rid of them? I use the console command /hud_enable 0

Can only help you with the first question. Maybe you played on a different account and so you gotta change the Sync Every Frame option again ?

Sometimes the screenshots are known to save themselves in the application folders which are hidden by default
Do the following:
Press "Start" then "Run"
Copy and paste the following: %userprofile%\local settings\Application Data\Activision
and click enter.
Hopefully you will see a CoD4 folder, take a look in there.

Regarding this box, screenshot required.

That didn't work, I think it might be because I'm on Vista. I don't have have a local settings folder.
Here's the pic, didn't turn my settings up so looks horrible...

Both the text in the top right and that weird box are not wanted.

cg_drawfps 0
cg_drawlagometer 0
c:\users\USER\AppData\Local
Try there. You may have to unhide hidden folders. (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutoria ... al130.html)

Re: FPS Problem and recording problem...
Thanks for the console commands and all the help haha. I went to the local folder but there was nothing for screenshots in there that I could find.
EDIT- Nevermind found it thanks so much for the help!
EDIT 2 - Now that I'm actually recording I've noticed that doing /cg_avidemo 25 makes everything like 500 times slower. The first ten seconds of my video took literally like 30 minutes to convert to screenshots. Is this normal? Anyway to make it better?

Re: FPS Problem and recording problem...
Basically, your PC is creating 1 screenshot every 40 milliseconds, so to my knowledge, I would be expecting some slow-down.
Not sure to what level though...
