I just tried it, it's not possible. It's a fake. I even tried it twice while doing it for a minute.

It's probably console only.

It's probably not fake since its from that exooutsider guy, he wouldnt be so famous if he'd make fake vids. However I believe it could be a console bug about water graphics or something in codwaw which is caused by doing some weird act, anyway it might not be possible on pc, simply because pc owns console with graphic stuff I believe.
