lol, that commentary is bullshit. The fact that they were chasing him in police cars is absolutely stupid. Obviously the guy had no intention of harming anyone, if he did he could have easily killed hundreds of people. The police department did absolutely nothing.

because, as we all know, the police department has tanks just sitting in their garage, ready to chase after rogue tanks but they chose to use their tiny cars instead

But Soviet is right. The military itself should've been after that guy the second he hijacked that tank.

Although I personally doubt he can drive, reload and shoot the tank all by himself

The chance of a tank being loaded (unless he stole this WHILE the army was in training or really at war) is close to zero. A tank would simply not be sitting there with ammo in it, I think Health and Safety would have a field day

How to stop a tank... Put a ramp in front of him. Make the ramp steep and high, if the tank does successfully drive up it, with his turret pointing backwards, a nice front roll would happen, leaving the tank like an upside down turtle...

Now, all we need is some one brave enough to erect a ramp in front of a moving tank...
