Your sigs have a very distinctive style. All kind of....distorted (well i know what i mean)
You may have said earlier but what program do you use? I can only assume its Photoshop.
The real question is what is the question?

No doubt about it that its PS (CS or CS2).

I like it. Some simple things such as that are quite cool.
I'm guessing that a tut as I'm sure I done something similar. except I tried to make a shootig star in the distance with a large planet in front. It didn't work to well and I got bored of trying
