Does COD4 work with Windows 7?

As in title. Does COD4 work with Windows 7?

Currently running windows vista, want to run Windows 7 (pretty much ready to install) and may well buy COD4 for PC (WaW sucks, have it on PS3). Was just wondering if COD4 will work?

Went onto canyourunit.com, I just get below recommened specs with my laptop

Yep it works. And it performs a lot better than Vista or XP, too

The vista graphics drivers worked for me.

Yeah, I hate WaW. I only play it because I'm bored of jumping in CoD4 and I want to find new stuff...

What's your PSN Chaos? Mines Uberninja6383, I mostly play cod4 on it right now cuz cod5 sucks. And I've started jumping in campaign, it's almost untouched and there are so many possible jumps!

WaW was basically the same as CoD4 to me, it was fun when i played for a month or so, then it got boring. Can't wait for CoD6 to come out so that people will bitch more about that than CoD:WaW, because it's getting old really fast + it's beginning to seem that whenever a new CoD comes out, everyone bashes it, then seems to like it more later on.

Anyways, yes, it's true that W7 owns in performance + CoD4 runs fine on it.

Well hopefully I WILL like it later on, if they ever add demos and fix the stupid under map bugs...

As for the mouse, I dunno I just got a basic logitech one.

CoD4 is better than CoD5 because... CoD5 is made by Treyarch.

only exception i've seen is CoD3, from what i've seen/heard, CoD > CoD:UO > CoD2 > CoD4 > CoD:WaW > CoD3

Yeh that's pretty much it.

But CoD4 is completely different that CoD1 and CoD2 again. Everything is different on that game.
