He was banned for..Behaving really bad on the server against several players, I mentioned it and he kickvoted me. (vote abuse, being an infant, did not respect other players)..
He was unbanned.. He was banned for using votespec (vote abuse).
He was unbanned again.. and was banned for behaving bad on the server (being an infant, did not respect other players)

Banned for a reason then. I wouldn't mind if he finds the world number 1 jump (:P), he should remain banned.
