This is the best config i can find on the web for CDJ, i post because it
might help some people get more FPS.
it give's me 100 + more Fps with my graphics card

How to use
Start Game >> Select Profile >> New >> Call it a name E.G BoB_Marley
close game >> go to >>
C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare
(or where your COD4 is installed) Then >> players >> profiles
Go to the New folder you just named in game (in my case
BoB_Marley) place the config_mp.cfg >> in there
>> Start game >> Have Fun
