Weird cloud in cod 4

I,ve throwd a grenade in showdown and after 2 minutes there was a cloud. It is really weird but funny here's the download link:

btw, the cloud is the cloud which appears after a grenade goes off. but sometimes, as in this case, the script which plays the smoke does not die, and will just sit there.
