He isn't on jump_height 60, he is playing Old School

This is what makes him jump higher and also not die from the long drops.

that guys doesn't even know how to strafe... if he tries the jump in a normal cod 4 game he won't do any of that jumps

year, it's oldschool mode. When he jump on backlot, there is m4oa3 on the first roof
