+ there is also a fast forward/backward script... but its much easier and faster with seismo ;)

not really if you just use a shortcut to modwarfare. Thats what I use to upload demos. While I'm on that subject sorry I haven't uploaded em for a while, I've been really busy with school, I'll try and get on it next week.

it always lags with /cl_aivdemo xx
thats normal, but dont use 120! :? thats almost slowmo.....
use /cl_avidemo 25 (now ur cod makes 25 screenshots / sec... so the lags are normal)
after this u can add this screenshots to an .avi file with virtualdub for example
cl_avidemo 200 or higher = slowmo... 25 = normal

that is normal!! cod makes 25 screenshots / sec with this command... thats why it is lagging....
my fps are like 1 when i use this command... but when u put this screenshots together to an .avi file there wont be any lag!
and u will have great quality ;)

/record demo
/demo demo
/cl_avidemo 25

/wait

/use jpeg joiner.

The reason it lags is because it is taking 25 screenshots PER SECOND!
