25hp is a just incase figure :p (you dont want to be waiting for three minuites behind someone who;s lagged out do you?)

25hp is random i.e. 25hp is the max per bash 1 is the minimum

Yep, never thought of that situation. Its a shame a jump server can't just be a simple jump server without mods... All this to stop the noobs killing everyone
