Because atm DDR3 isnt faster then DDR2 yet.. Still in baby shoes, better to wait with that. (I think)

ai you are absolutly right, but:) man is buying PC for next 3-5 years, ddr 3 will be active in about 6 months so why not? I know that in 6 months all the components on his comp wil be aproximatly 40-50% cheaper, but if u need the comp now, it's the best choice in my opinion, otherweise u should never buy a high end comp (in 6 months it will be average)

2048mb twinmos dual channel
standart case with 530 watt
e6850 processor 3 ghz
XFX 650i ultra mobo
250 gb hd
LG dvd rom

for only 1150 euro.-

Dude, are u retarted? a xfx 8800 ultra running on 350 watt? That wont run.
Get yourselve a proper PSU of 550+ watt.
Also.. buy an other CPU cooler, I doubt the standard case will have a very good caseflow.

Thats pretty useless when u dont have 8800 SLI ^^ or hd2900 cf.

Good choice, but just take a 8800GTX instead of 2 times a 8800GTS. SLI is sometimes usefull, but its a bit like a quadcore, the game needs to support it. If im correct SLI will give you only 20% aprovements so imo it isnt really worth the money.

go higher on your dual core clock, about 2.8 is what i would recommend
