Because all red stars are related to Soviets and Communists... :roll:
If you really wanted something communist, you would require the star to contain the hammer and sickle.

So from my eyes, I do not see a Soviet wallet, nor do I see a Texan wallet, what I see is a cheaply designed wallet bought for £1 (feel free to convert currency) from a local market or "Pound Store".
