Hi,
Recently I made a custom texture for my map. I made the brush 'detail'. When I compiled, there was only the 'default' texture on the brush. No sign of the custom texture.
How can I fix this? Does it have something to do with the 'detail map' section in the asset manager or what?

i think you need to include the material or something.

making the brush detail should have nothing to do with it...are you sure you did everything right when you made the texture? (list the settings or a screenshot of the texture in AssMan)

try changing cullFace to back and see if it works

You should set cullface to back(default) yes. But that won't be the cause of the problem. If radiant can see the texture then i'm not sure why the game isn't finding it. Maybe something to do with your installation directories of radiant and the game. Check your images and materials folders located in your main folder to make sure the iwi and material files are there.

Set it and still shows as default. I'll try and recompile again, the map is flawed anyway. Need to fix the bugs and might aswell try to fix this texture bug.
