CoD2 Settings?

Can anyone tell me what to put my game settings as to get the highest FPS? Because im stuck with a crappy computer right now and need more fps.

start up cod2 multiplayer in safe mode

The only thing that doesnt do is turn optimize for SLI on...
Even though i dont have SLI it improves my fps bigtime (nearly doubles up).

Thanks, i cant remember what all i did before, but i had put alot of stuff into rcon that made it go way up also, but the graphics were sucky after that haha

Just make sure you have graphics and performance settings to lowest, and 800x600 resolution
