Jumping round ledges

Hello, some of you may kno me on the servers as ]K-9[Pvt.Turkish,
i can never seem to do this ive seen the demos of ppl jumping round ledges on railyard or harbor. Do you need 333fps because i hav 125fps constant and i can almost do every jump except for ledge jumps, if you have techniques which help please tell me. Or if any of you would be kind enough as to teach me how here is my xfire- turkish1989. Thank you,

you simple jump around the ledge by jumping at an angle that will take you past the first part of the ledge and then holding the button towards the wall to pull your self in after the ledge :p
