How about a CALL OF DUTY 3 SECTION.?? on here, i know ya may not be able to do many jumps, but hay it is Call of Duty. LOL
I got the game and a New PS2 yesterday and managed to get online to play multiplayer by setting up my own server..
While playing i managed to grab a small demo of online play via my TV Video card, as my tv is hooked up to my PC TV Card fro grabbing video. Ive just uploaded a small demo, (BUT it has no Sound) as ive got major problems with one of my 2 sound cards, the one that word just wont record sound, but plays the darn sound.? And befor anyone says try re-installing the sound card, ive done this many times without no luck in getting it working.
Ok a quick review on COD3 first.
Ok single player is ok not a bad play, Graphics are better than single player COD2.
Movement. Well the movement is harder as you using a JoyPad, and as ive always used Keyboard, i found it hard to controll.
Firepower. Same kinda weapons as COD 2, but more tricker than on cod to. Aiming is hard, well i think so.
Gameplay is auto saved every mission, or should i say if a mission has 4 parts, then each part is saved on ya memory card.
Mulity Player gaming
This to me is much harder than cod2 mulitplay. The Graphics are not as good as COD3 single nor as COD2 single or Multiy player.
Sound effects are a little tinny to me, and not as good as in Cod2( well that my option)
Movement can be hard using a joypad, as no keyboard is avalible.
Firepower, some are the same weapons as in COD 2 apart ya get the odd mine & Bozoka to play with. and rifle Rocket.
Maps, are differant of course. But some are a little big i think, but are good, apart from the graphics not as good as i thought.
Vehicles. Yes there are Tanks to jump into and run around , 2 players can use the tank, 1 driveing & 1 on the meachine gun.
JEEPS, there are ment to be jeeps on some of the maps, but ive not seen any yet, i went on 1 map last nite and it said play with jeeps, but i saw none, maybe co i was the only player.?? maybe jeeps appear only if 2 or more players was playing.?
Map Rotation/VOTEs there was a VOTE map option, but i couldnt seem to change maps while in gameplay, maybe only the players can change the maps, not the host/server. Sounds strange why this is.? Maybe i did nt set it right, but i did activate map Vote.
there was S/D TDM, WAR, CTF, and i think some others, i didnt realy look,
SPECTATOR MODE. ha, well you could spectate if in someone elses Game-server, but i found no way of Spectating in ya own server as like ya could on COD2.
My point of review score if i ad to would be.
Graphics 6/10 Playablity 7/10 Weapons 7/10 Multiplayer mode 6/10 Single player mode 8/10 playing with other players 6/10
total review out of 10,is 6/10, a bit dissapointing, but maybe worth the £20 i paid for the game from Sainsburies Store.
Ok here is my
Small Demo, 50-meg download compressed down from 300-meg. There is NO Sund like i say as im having problems with my sound card not recording sound from external devices.
